is there an item or price limit?
I was planning to check with my local FLGS if they have Deep Cuts because it might be cheaper than shipping plus customs, but I might still need a bit more space.
The shopping cart limit is 31 items.
If you need to combine more items than that into a single order (for example, to redeem that holiday19 discount code), your best bet might be to move the excess items to "Saved Items - To Buy Later" and then post here to specify what you want done (for example, combine your shopping cart and saved items into a single order).

do I still get the first ten for shipping if the holiday discount drops me below 100$
I just realized -- I should have clearly stated that I do not work for Paizo. Hopefully somebody from Paizo can help you better.

We can make orders on our side that hold more than the 31 item limit. We do need to have all of the items saved in some way, wether in your saved for later, sidecart, or another order. We can combine any items in the areas you specify.
Unfortunately, if the Holiday discount does decrease the price of your items below the $100 item limit to receive the First Ten shipping promotion, the promotion will not apply.
