You want the Retrieval Charm hybrid item from Armory. Limit 3 bulk (so you can't do power armor or go crazy on heavy armor with lots of heavy upgrades), and you still have to don it after it arrives. Move action to summon, and I think you can make every form of armor at least a standard action to put on, although it may take some modification. It's only usable once per day, so you might need more than one.
A Technomancer could presumably make his armor a spell cache and use the Summon Cache magic hack, but that's a standard action to summon it.

There are no fusions for armor, sadly, but I do recall seeing something, somewhere that let you teleport armor onto yourself.
I'll let you know once I remember what it was.
A hybrid upgrade maybe.
The Quicksuit hybrid armor upgrade lets you don or remove light/heavy armor as a standard action. You'd need the Retrieval Charm above to bring it to you.

You don't normaly drop your armor as a free action..... being able to requipped armor in a few moments would i think break the game since it normally takes atleast 2-3 minutes not rounds to put on with assistance.i think its like 10 minutes if your putting it on solo. But not sure. But i do think cutting it dowm from minutes to 9 rounds would just break the game.

I could see it with powerarmor that you were trained to used. But it would have to be power armor meant to be stepped into and fitted to your person..... no sharing with bigger people just similar size people. But then again they would have to share the same armor training. Just imagine a noob jumping into your armor and getting Splinched <from harry potter> but seems to be the closest thing I could think of other then the actual nam for having chunks of your body sheared off by sheer pressure and or amputation because they were not standing in the right way at the right time. And thats not mentioning if the armor requires a neural Spike for a cranial Jack. Having the spike inserted into one with out a jack would kill.
Split lacerations but all over the body in places where the armor did not fit

How exactly would it break the game? Don't most encounters assume the characters are already wearing armor because they're in a dungeon or something?

Even when not "in a dungeon," the existence of second skin, station wear, clearweave, AbadarCorp travel suits, and echelon fashion light armor imply that wearing armor/protective clothing is pretty common for many people much of the time.

How does it break the game? Heck if I know. But armor and Equipment weapon are different things. For one armor takes way longer then retreiving a weapon does.
Donning Armor
The time required to don or remove armor depends on its type. Light armor requires 4 rounds to don or remove, while heavy armor requires 16 rounds to don or remove.
Armor that is at least 8th level but less than 16th level takes half the normal time to don or remove. Armor of 16th level or higher takes one-quarter the normal time to don or remove, to a minimum of one full action.
Modern suits of armor are designed so that you can don or remove armor without assistance.
Don Hastily You can hastily don armor in half the normal time, to a minimum of one full action. The armor check penalty, maximum Dexterity bonus, and armor bonus for hastily donned armor are each 1 worse than normal.
All i know is that they wrote those out as rules for a reason. I know there is a quick eject mod for heavy or powered armor that allows you to bypass the time required to exit your armor.
And i am not against there being an armor mod that accelerates one's ability to get their armor on 4 rounds is a long time to weather while under attack.
And it is one of the main eason i am still in light armor my gm has ruled that the future heavy armor has to be taken off to get rest. Kinda sucks when we are in an airless area like space.

Being able to magically don armor could have significant impact on very specific scenarios, but the closest I can think of to breaking the game with it is the silliness that would ensue if someone was able to magically summon a gargantuan suit of power armor in a space far too small for that sort of thing.
Regarding concerns about needing armor life support to sleep, the Mobile Hotelier might help with that. It's a tent with full environmental protection and life support, that costs only 50 credits and runs on standard 20 charge batteries, at 1 charge per hour.
