Vampire Bloodrager Bloodline

Homebrew and House Rules

Okay, so this creation stems from a player of my party wanting a bloodline for her Dhampir Bloodrager, I know technically Dhampirs blood never lasts and their children are essentially just human with no special abilities but I always found that a bit wack. Then there was the immediate answer of the Undead Bloodline, but that one well..... is baaaad.

So, to get a bloodline that fit well, I created my own custom one that is available to any Dhampir, (or anyone else really if your GM is cool about it). We tested this out thoroughly in our own campaign and had a lot of fun with it. (Actually had a forum post of the early 1.0 beta version that needed wild balancing to make usable)

I've now started running Way of The Wicked so now we're gonna be playing the bad guys and a new player of ours is trying this bad boy out.

So, without any more rambling, BloodSucker Bloodline.

The strength of the abilities are bad to extremely good.

Most bloodrage blood lines effects only activates when you bloodrage.

I don't see anything that activates during blood rage.

Example strong stuff
The Taste for Blood
The taste of blood can give you something like 20 to 33 fast healing
20 healing is like getting 5d6+2 healing a turn. (on average)
33 healing is like getting 9d6+1 healing a turn. (on average)
That's like getting hit by Cure Serious Wounds from a 15 level caster every turn.

Nothing stops you from biting your self or your party members to heal.

The Allure of the Night
Charm Person
With better DC 10+ 1/2 level + cha mod
Up to 20 times a day. No class in the game ever gets the ability to cast a spell 20 times a day as' a spell-like ability.

Example of week stuff
The Master's Call
Summon some week creatures at level 12.
It hurts the player with bleed. Why?
1/day?

It seems to me that it needs a lot of work to be at the same level as the normal ones.
