Hello TwoWolves,
I have removed the store credit from being promised to the order containing that item. However, I wanted to mention that that item was apparently combined with Adventure Path 135 and the store credit could remain on the order and apply to that item if you would like.
For now I have removed the store credit from the order so that you have control over what it is used on. If you would like it to apply to your subscription, please let me know. Thank you!
