I have spent a lot of time using the npc creation rules to recreate creatures from pathfinder bestiaries in starfinder, and in the process I have found a lot of creatures that thematically fit really well with starfinder but aren't in starfinder yet.
What space/sci-fi appropiate creatures from pathfinder do you all think would be great to see in an alien archive?
Also, what fantasy themed creatures would you like to see added to an alien archive with a sci-fi twist? (Like the blue dragon with laser cannon from alien archive 1)
Personally, for the first category I would love to see the plasma ooze, oblivion, Tzitzimitl, immortal ichor, worm that walks, aboleth and astradaemon get the official alien archive treatment.
For the second category, I would love to see some kind of cyber-troll (how about a troll augmented with adaptive cybernetics that make it even harder to kill, a long with some integrated weapons?) and maybe some other classic creatures given a sci-fi twist, like a quantum mimic or a cryptosphninx.

I second the tzitzimitl, and really like the idea of cyber trolls too.
For the second category, I think I would love to see giants. Imagine a colony of high-tech stone giants rocking an asteroid.
For the first, I suppose I'd like to see a modern take on golems. How has the advancement of technology effected the golem crafting process and results?

Outer dragons I feel need to be fast tracked.
For similar reasons, sun, moon, and eclipse giants should probably be in the first round of giants we see.
Neothelids are a favorite of mine.
Cyclopses are something I'd like to see personally. Especially if we could get a playable version and I can't imagine why we wouldn't.

Space Kobolds! Player race! Really would have thought that they would have ported over the kobold in the first book instead of those pyrokinetic psychotic murder happy goblins as a playable race.
Seconded! Maybe they mine asteroids in the Diaspora!

I personally want to see some of the classic demons. The havoc a glabrezu could wreak on a city-sided space station where no one could leave. Or being able to teleport to a stationary ship docked off world as an escape. What would a space battle with a marilith at the helm of an armada look like?
I want to see a Marilith wielding multiple Energy Blades and/or Energy Firearms while wearing Sci-Fi Power Armor!
WITH A JET PACK!

They've obviously gone extinct. :P

NOOOOO!!!

Kobolds & wyvaran are actually among the PF races I least expect to find out are extinct. Probably thriving on Triaxus.
Then again I was also expecting strix & ghorans to be extinct and yet here we are.
Legitimately, if those two aren't extinct then I think pretty much any playable race from Golarion is fair game, though I imagine kuru & orang-pendaks are probably a bit of a long shot.
Bugbears would be a next logical step in my mind now that we've got goblins, hobgoblins, and kanabos.
I also wanna see kech & charau-ka so I can get a full on planet of the apes thing going.

Put me down for outsiders too. Especially Kytons.
What would be interesting is if some of the outsider races have done a lot better at adapting to new technology than others. Kytons, with their... experimental... mindset might by now start to overshadow the more conservative devils.
I'd really like some perspective on how the various outsider realms have kept up with the times. In Pathfinder most of them are kinda medieval themselves, even though some planets (Verces) are already technologically advanced. And presumably some of those souls go into each afterlife. If a given outsider race doesn't embrace technology, why not? Don't they need it? Don't want it?
I would like a take on starfaring dragons along with the kobolds who serve them.
Golems would be interesting but needs a good review of how they cope with post-magic energy weapons. Pathfinder golems are hilariously vulnerable to energy attacks that aren't stymied by spell resistance (like alchemist bombs). Starfinder tends to have a saner approach to "touch attacks" and level-appropriate AC.

Golems pretty much follow the same magic immunity rules, so the answer to "How do they deal with all the energy weapons?" is "Badly, relatively speaking". I mean, IIRC, they may have some relevant energy resistance, but its not guaranteed and not universal. So, if you see a Cyber Golem? Put aside your spells and pull out a blaster. Preferably sonic, since damn near nothing resists sonic damage.

Neither of the golems in AA2 has energy resistance. The nanotech golem has regeneration that is countered by fire/acid.

Ah, I misremembered, probably because they do still have some odd reactions to *magical* elemental damage. So, yeah. Fire away with all your energy blasters, and show those magical golems the power of science.
( And then run screaming because a nanotech golem is still a terrifying force of destruction, laser pistols or not. *ahem* )
