Re the order above, I purchased Star Classes:Envoys from Legendary Games, but the pdf download file is empty/corrupt.
Please can you investigate and advise?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've just poked around a bit and it seems like it should be working on my end. Are you still unable to access the files? If so, that may be something I'd need to bring up to our tech team to see if they have any solutions. Just let me know if you try it again and it still doesn't work.

The 'ready to download' line on the digital content screen shows up as 153 bytes (as opposed to around 5Mb), and the resulting download is empty.

Heya! I've taken a further look and it should be functioning as normal. If you get the 153 bytes size, you may need to click "Problems downloading this file? Click here." to tell the system to forget your previous download attempt. I would also recommend clearing out any paizo.com cookies, because it is possible the browser may be caching something along the way.
