Question on PFS sessions and stars

I seem to recall that earlier this week I had 141 games GMed in PFS and was listed as a 4 star GM. Now, I seem to be a 2 star GM with 128 games. Has something changed or did I miscalculate the number of stars that I had or misreport 13 events? Or am in error in some other way?

Heya! You'll want to hit the "Refresh Points" button on your GM/Event Coordinator tab. That should resolve the issue.

First, thanks for the quick response -- especially when I know that you and everyone else at Paizo are exceptionally busy now. (Hopefully, the staff will get some time off after Gen Con to get some sleep.)

Clicking the "Refresh Points" button restored the missing sessions and I am back to 141 games GMed. Also, my GM stars are restored!! Thanks again!!! (I am looking forward to reaching 150 stars and seeing about becoming a 5-star GM.)
