So I've been having a few issues with this order. A few months ago, I reactivated a suspended subscription, and an order was generated for the outstanding products. Due to some authentication issues, my order was never fully processed. I've finally resolved these issues, and re-placed the order on the 13th of July, my local time, and the first of two payments was taken from my account as authorization. It is now the 21st, and the order has yet to be finalized. My question is, is there something holding up my order, or is it just taking a bit longer than expected? I had expected the order to be complete by now, but I'm not familiar with any US holidays that may be holding up the process.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like the reason it's still being held up is that it contains this month's subscription items, which just started shipping out on Thursday. It looks like your order is in the queue, just waiting for its turn to ship out with the rest of this month's subscriptions. Sorry for the confusion!

While looking through the order, I also noticed that our system was not selecting the cheapest shipping method automatically. It turns out that UPS International is not only the cheapest method for this order, but it also groups the shipments into one box instead of 3 as Standard Post had wanted to do, and you'll also receive international tracking. I've updated the shipping, and I'll be sending you a new confirmation email which will reflect the lower cost of the order. Feel free to look it over to verify that everything looks correct.

Once the order has been processed for shipment, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to assist you.

Waiting for this month's subscriptions? That actually makes a lot of sense. And thank you for double-checking that the cheapest postage was being applied. The money I've saved by switching to UPS has effectively paid for this month's products, and given me tracking. That, and it'll likely be here weeks earlier. Your nation's postal service takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive Down Under. UPS is significantly quicker, as a general rule. Much appreciated, thank you for going above and beyond. This, and the product quality, is why I love Paizo.
