The Nauseated condition states you can only take move actions, but the Dirty Trick Master feat states this:
"This worsened condition replaces the previous dirty trick condition, and lasts for the duration of the dirty trick (including any rounds remaining from the previous dirty trick condition) or until the opponent uses a standard action to remove the condition (whichever comes first)."
Are you stuck with the condition until the timer runs out, or does the Dirty Trick manouver allow you to clear the nauseated condition despite only being able to perform move actions normally?
