Passing along a question from a local player;
It should be obvious that #1-13 includes the third segment of the Journey to the Scoured Stars boon. Will these be treated akin to the Claimant to Salvation boon from #1-00 in that it doesn't matter which PC played it, or should these be played by the same PC?
Further, do they need to be played in chronological order to count?

While only a dev could answer whether the final boon will need you to play the same PC as who have the boons(my guess is yes), the answer to this question is assuredly that the order in which you collect the boons doesn't matter otherwise boon 2 would require you to have boon 1 to acquire in the first place. There's no way the scenario that unlocks the thing for collecting them says "A player who plays a character who has Segment 1 through 4 gains the boon "X" on their chronicle sheet but only if they played 1-5 before 1-11 and 1-11 before 1-13."

No inside knowledge or spoilers, just common sense based on available information;
#1-05 (tier 1-4)
#1-11 (tier 3-6)
#1-13 (tier 3-6)
#1-17 (tier 5-8)
#1-99 (tier 1-8)
Educated guess is that this boon will likely 'ripen' at #1-99, especially if the sequence is required to be on the same PC.

I advised that they could always GM to get a second copy of the "Scoured Stars" chronicle sheets. We'll need these scenarios re-run locally anyway.
Player in question used the same PC as with #1-05 and #1-11, but shared a concern that since this is the same PC they'll be playing AP3 with they'll be level 7 soon. I reminded them #1-17 will be a tier 5-8.

I'd say it's best to play it safe. Pick a 'main character' in your roster to get a few levels under their belt, focus on the Second Seekers faction, play every scenario tagged with them (There aren't that many!) and make sure to bring them to the season finale.
You probably won't have to play them in order, but the tier arrangements will guide you in that direction anyway.
