I kept waiting for this to come, and yesterday i got information it was cancelled... looks like it kept trying to authorize an old card, instead of using the store credit that it was supposed to, or using the current card like i had told it to do several times... is this fixable by using the 0835 card on my accoount.

Hello Mark,

I have reinstated the order, applied the store credit, and updated it to the new card for the difference.

It was not using the store credit because the order was generated more than 2 months before the store credit was added to your account. I don't see any correspondence from you asking us to apply the store credit to the order.
