The rules are... squishy... about how much a character can drink a day. There's a level of GM interpretation, but at minimum you know you can drink CON*2+1 drinks a day before negative repercussion. Add in Deep Drinker, and that's a LOT of ki in the harshest interpretation of how much you can have a day.
In the most liberal interpretation... The game never gives a limit to how many drinks one can have in a day...
EDIT: Mass Drunken Step is also fun and high utility as well.

Best cohort ever. I wouldn't want to play it as my main character but you can get a cohort from Cavalier if you are going for Battle Herald. This drunken sensei is still an excellent player to have in the party, it's like having Shadowbard ALL THE TIME, my goodness.

Is there a class better than the Alchemist for buffing allies? We aren't talking self-buffs here. Just simply put buffing allies.
Bard with Flagbearer feat, Dervish Sikke, Banner of the ancient Kings, and level 3 spells at level 7 grants +6 attack and damage, and haste to the whole party on his opening turn. Defensively he has saving finale to protect the party. Nothing beats bard for buffs.

Oracle or Cleric with an animal companion gets good mileage out of shoving the self only combat buffs onto a semi-expendable combatant, but the only ally it really buffs most of the time is the AC. Beyond that Evangelist Cleric has the best buff class features of a bard, a domain that can buff, and cleric buff spells. You can of course combine the two, though finding someone who gives the Animal domain (and preferablly feather subdomain) and isn't a weird choice for an Evangelist is a bit tricky.

Let me elaborate...
If you want to be a Battle Herald, take two levels of human Polearm Master Fighter, exactly enough levels of Cavalier to get the cohort and challenge, and all the levels of Arcane Duelist Bard until Battle Herald for your last 10 levels.
Your drunken sensei cohort covers inspire courage, so you can focus on anything else and have both covering the party together.

With a level 17 drunken sensei cohort.
Since the cohort gets the Cavalier Banner, have him focus on greater trip with a temple sword or something since he does not need Flagbearer.
You, as the battle herald, take Flagbearer, banner of ancient kings, blah blah blah.

Give that Sensei two levels of Ninja and Forgotten Trick as the Ninja Trick. You just added to your list of abilities to distribute an extra attack each round that stacks with Haste, Vanish, and any given combat feat to the whole team. Giving everyone an extra teamwork combat feat is worth a ki point.
You can safely stop the Sensei at level 15; you've pretty much gotten everything you need there.
Last thought - add in the Monk of the Lotus archetype, which stacks with all three of Sensei, Drunken Master, and Ki Mystic. Stunning Fist becomes Touch of Serenity (Fort Save vs Will Save), but more importantly, levels 12 and 15 offer no save Charm Monster on your foes. So at level 12 via Mystic Wisdom, whenever ANYONE takes a foe down to 0 hp you can "save" them as that person's pet without a Save.

Does that mean those archetypes are not allowed. The Esquire Cavalier is mentioned in a PFS Battle Herald write up. The cohort is specifically allowed to take plural archetypes.
Not specifically but I think banning cohorts is the most common house rules I've ever seen, since they're stupid broken. Like so broken it makes no sense to play literally anything else or get any other feat.

That's fair. Still makes for an excellent team, with a drunken sensei and a battle herald always watching each other's backs. You could take two levels of polearm master fighter for the close in attack or one level of pretty much any fighter for shield focus and shield brace for use with Flagbearer and a longspear, one level of standard bearer cavalier, seven or eight levels of arcane duelist or stonesinger bard and ten levels of battle herald. Someone else could be a drunken sensei monk focused on greater trip with a reach weapon whilst covering inspired courage leaving the bard to some performance the sensei doesn't get, and all the magic the bard gets that the monk doesn't. However the monk gives the team monk stuff that the bard just cannot.

For me, I've always liked the Evangelist Cleric with the Heroism subdomain.
At 8th level they can use the opening round to:
1) Grant everyone in their party Heroism as a swift action.
2) Begin Inspire Courage as a move action.
3) Cast Blessing of Fervor as a standard action.
In a single turn, all of your allies gain:
+6 to attack rolls
+2 to skill checks
+2 to AC
+2 to Fortitude saves
+4 to Reflex saves
+2 to Will saves
And then, of course you can add on to that chassis as you wish...

Titanoboa is great. This character is using a tiger. The choice is for story reasons he is the older brother of another PFS character (my third RPG character ever). He was turned to stone on his first adventure (this was my second RPG character). So he has to fit many of the same tropes as his brother not that he has been brought back to life.
