Iron Gods Chronicle Sheet

If someone receives an Iron Gods Chronicle sheet with tech items listed on it, can they use the tech items? For example, if a chainsaw is listed on one of the chronicle sheets for Iron Gods, could you buy it and use it in a PFS game?

Items on Chronicle Sheets are "always available".

The player must own and bring along the Technology Guide as a legal rules source (or otherwise meet the requirement, according to various past rulings). If they do so, they can purchase and use the items on the chronicle.

Also, take note of any double asterisk (**) on the chronicle sheet which indicates the timeworn condition. This has implications for how long the item can be used, as you cannot recharge a timeworn item barring certain boons.
