I wouldn't say "muttered" :P
We're cognizant of people wanting more to play, but also want to avoid flooding the market with scenarios that everyone can keep replaying. Give the campaign time; we haven't even reached our 2 scenario a month stride... yet.
I see. Hrm. I didn't thinking being able to replay was a bad thing heh. I just know I have a case of PFS jitters now whenever I accept any mission for fear that I might bork myself by taking the wrong one and have to dig my way out of a gulf if I do.

So the path to L2 atm is Into the Unknown/Commencement/Incident or Commencement/Into the Unknown/Incident?
No.
Incident is too rough for 1st level PCs because the end boss was built for 2nd level PCs and still many GMs let their players level up beforehand to survive. I suppose with player knowledge some of that gap might be closed, but it's pretty hard to overcome going down in 1-2 hits rather than 2-3. Going through the AP, that was our only tough fight (as a group, some individuals had rough spots elsewhere), and we had weapons/dragon glands the BBEG was vulnerable to and went in with no attrition from the other monsters.

Into the Unknown has to be done at level 1.
You are allowed to play The Commencement and Incident at Absalom Station at either level 1 or 2. I happen to agree it is best to play I@AS at level 2 because of some of the later fights — especially the end boss.
That last fight is tough.
