I know y'all are probably feeling the heat with the backlog, so I wanted to say thank you.
I had a bit of a bug in website a couple weeks back where an order looked like it failed. I reordered, and never thought to look at my pending orders until a couple days before it was to go out. Lo and behold, two identical orders. I emailed them about it, not knowing they were backlogged.
Yesterday, I got the confirmation emails for both shipments. I found this message board explaining they were backed up, so I called. Katina managed to pull the second order back before it went out.
I appreciate the personal service, y'all...
