I'm sorry for any confusion or frustration with that! There is a problem with the site that the tech team is looking into and hopefully will have a fix for soon.
We could normally try submitting the order for you, but unfortunately, there is another problem right now, where we cannot consistently access customer's shopping carts, so sadly, at this time, I cannot see what you are trying to purchase.
