Can you use Intense Focus and a Targeting Computer to negate Total Concealment?

If you're a soldier with the Intense Focus class ability, and the targeting computer armor upgrade, can you spend a Resolve Point to reduce a target's total concealment to normal concealment, then use your targeting computer armor upgrade to ignore the normal concealment?

Intense Focus:
When you make a ranged attack against a target with cover or concealment, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to negate its AC bonus from cover and reduce its concealment by one category (from total concealment to concealment or from concealment to no concealment). This benefit applies to all ranged attacks you make against that target this round. You can’t use intense focus more than once per round, nor can you use it against an enemy with total cover.

Targeting Computer:
This targeting computer helps you compensate for poor visibility conditions. Ignore concealment on attacks you make. This doesn’t have any effect against targets with total concealment.

You also have to take into account what is been used for the total concealment, if the target is hard to hit due to visibility and/or some in the way then this works, I think. Ut if you're going through a wall, for example, then you need penetration

Yeah, clearly it's not x-ray vision.

Should work for 1 shot/round through visual concealment. Walls = cover, so neither help with that.

Behind a wall is Total Cover not Total Concealment.

But yeah RAW this works even on a full attack to ignore total concealment and is a p neat combo

Technically it's both, as targets you don't have line of sight to and can't see effectively essentially have total concealment.

So, you can ignore the concealment but not the cover. ;)
