Pg. 13 - Planar Hunter feat
The benefit paragraph for this feat makes it sound like you automatically get to apply this feat to all of your planar favored terrains, but then the Special section below that suggests you have to choose one and take the feat again if you want it to apply to a different one. It's unclear if the benefit paragraph needs changing or the special paragraph needs deleting.

Pg. 28 - Eye of brokerage magic item
The construction requirements for this item seem to be a copy-paste from those of the item underneath it, the gauntlets of the unchained.
Going by previous items that grant circumstance bonuses to skill checks (like the engineer's workgloves, gloves of larceny, and healer's gloves [but not, apparently, the gloves of swimming and climbing]), the construction requirements should look something like this:
"Craft Wondrous Item, discern lies, creator must be neutral and have 5 ranks in both Appraise and Sense Motive"

Pg. 30 - Envoy of balance prestige class
Not so much an error, but a clarification since enough people had questions about this for a Paizo team member to have to step in and say something. In the Requirements section, whenever it mentions a neutral alignment (whether that be the alignment of the character themselves, or the alignment of the deity they might get their abilities from, that's referring to TRUE neutral only.
