Hello,
I have been unable to add a payment method to both my account and my subscriptions. This has been a continuation of poor checkout experiences on your website. If this is unable to be fixed soon I will be forced to unsubscribe. (this has come up for order # 4484677)

I am sorry that this has been giving you issues, but we'll be happy to help out as best we can. Can I ask what is happening when you attempt to add a payment method to your account?
If you are unable to add a card in the My Payment Methods section of your account, you can give us a call Mon-Fri 10AM-5PM PST, and we can help get that information added for you. Once we've got a card marked as your default in our system, you shouldn't have the problem with our system being unable to attach it to your subscription orders.

Hi,
Here are my steps. I will try to find time to call as well.
1) go to my payment methods
2) click add payment method
(also note, that I have not removed my previous method)
3) fill out pop up
4) select billing address
5) click select this payment method
6) receive 'your payment method has been saved' message
7) click continue (now page is blank)
8) go to account, no payment methods are listed
9) going through manage or edit also shows no payment method
