Comics Subscription Releases in August
Pathfinder Comics: Runescars #4 - Paizo.com Exclusive Cover
Pathfinder Comics Deluxe: Runescars #4 covers by Jonathan Lau, Geraldo Borges, and Pasquale Qualano
•Authorization (Order Spawning) Date: Monday, August 28th
•Begin Shipping Estimate: Tuesday, August 29th
•End Shipping Estimate: Friday, September 1st
•Street Date for Comics: Monday, August 28th
If you have both monthly and off-schedule subscriptions, you can select what to do with any non-subscription items you put into your sidecart.
You can ship any non-subscription items with the earliest possible subscription shipment or with your subscriptions that have products releasing with the the monthly Paizo published new releases.
You can make this choice from your My Subscription page.
Remember, once we create a subscription order, if you still want to add items, make sure you choose to add items to the specific order that has been created.
Adding them to the sidecart after we have run our order creation process means they will wait until the next shipment based on your subscription settings.
If you have chosen to "hold for monthly paizo shipment" for your comics subscription, after we do the order creation you should see Runescars #4 in your sidecart.

PLEASE NOTE:
There was a hiccup toward the beginning of order generation which caused some comics to be put into separate orders, even if they were supposed to be sidecarted. Our tech team is working on getting all of those rectified as we speak.
If your comic was placed into a separate order when it should not have been, AND you received a shipping notification for it, please let Customer Service know.

I have sent an email, called and posted a message about order Order 4405258 - Runescars #4 which I have received the shipment notification. None of which have been responded to, so I am replying to this thread. The issue has NOT been moved to my sidecart. I have no desire to be paying double the price for this issue.

I apologize that it's been difficult to get in touch today. Unfortunately, the rest of Customer Service was out today due to illness, so I was the only person manning the phones and responding to requests. If you called while I was on the phone or out at lunch, then the call would not have been able to go through. I have now responded to your previous thread, and you have been refunded the shipping cost. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you.
