Ironfang Book 5 has Corgi mounts, so that's pretty up there.

Most Fey are, for me. Mockingfey in particular because tiny imitations of players making rude gestures is wonderful.

I almost included the Faerie Hounds but since they look exactly the same as Corgis, just bigger, I didn't due to them not being "monster" enough. Pipefox on the other hand is a furry noodle.

I do really love Corgis though.

The changeling in advanced race guide/bestiary 4 is pretty adorable.

Also Bokrug. I had a pet iguana when I was a kid and he reminds me of it.

Lady friend of mine considers the cythnigot qlippoth to be the cutest thing ever and remains actively annoyed that Paizo doesn't have a plushy of it.

I can't believe fluphs made it into the PF bestiaries... never understood how they made it into the original Fiend Folio either, that book should have reprinted the scenarios where the monsters appeared... give them context and significance.
