Ectoplasm Bloodline

I was looking at the sorcerer bloodlines on the PFSRD and came across the Ectoplasm bloodline. Like all other sorcerer bloodline, it grants you a known spell every odd level starting from third, but what confused me is that this bloodline apparently grants the spell Ethereal Jaunt (a 7th level spell) at level 13.

Is this an error? Does this somehow allow sorcerers to cast this spell at level 13? And if neither of the above is true then how does this work in game for a 13th level sorcerer?

Some bonus spells from class abilities (e.g. sorcerer bloodlines, oracle mystery, psychic discipline) give early or late access compared to normal for their class. I'm pretty sure there's a FAQ saying you get them on your list at whatever level you're able to cast when you get them.

So Ethereal Jaunt is a 6th level spell for this bloodline. Note it's from Occult Adventures, which introduced the Psychic, and the Psychic also gets Ethereal Jaunt as a 6th level spell, although at least three Psychic disciplines give it as a 7th level bonus for some reason.
