And since it's bound to be good practise to ring twice, speak to two separate CS representatives, then email a followup explanation and finally make a post on the messageboards...

There's something funny going on in my sidecart:

It's now showing:

SF GM Screen
SF Player Character Folio
SF Core Rulebook Pawn Collection

all with a bolded S beside them. However, there are also copies of each of those things without the S, so it seems that the preorders havent cancelled (maybe?).

I only want one of The Screen and the Pawn Collection, but ten of the Player Folios (so presumably there should be 9 'regular' copies of that along with the subscription copy).

The preordered Core Rulebook and the second and third AP issues have disappeared, however there's no corresponding "S" version added, which seems contrary to what's going on with the accessories subscription - plus the first AP issue is still showing.

None of that really matters as such - it's hopefully just a display issue and I figured you could cut-and-paste it to the tech team (since they're bound to be not busy, right?)

I'll check what happens when the subscription order spawns in August - it just all looks a bit higgledy piggledy from this side of the screen and August is not a month I want to risk delaying things!

PS - I was probably not terribly careful about consistently choosing between 'ship with my subscriptions' and 'ship separately' when I placed those preorders.

PPS - When you said I wasn't that annoying in bugging customer service all the time. You realised I'd take that as a challenge, right?
