I suppose if they're sculpted with it, they can have a form of hair, but... sculpting individual hairs from metal seems like an insane amount of trouble.
Based on the art, can they grow hair/facial hair?
Given that they can't age physically, their appearance probably doesn't change over time period, and that includes no growing or losing hair.
