So I'm designing a level 1 Ranger, Sorcerer X (Psychic Bloodline).
I have an 8 in Wisdom. Can I still use spell trigger items from the ranger list, even though my wisdom would never be high enough to actually cast any spells?
Yes. When you use a wand or staff you don't need to meet the ability score minimum for casting spells.
