I don't know of any archetypes that change the casting type of any caster, just the casting stat. You'd need a completely different class like the Hunter.
There's one or two magus archetypes that change the class into spontaneous casting.
Perhaps a nature-themed oracle might be part of the answer needed?

The Ley Line Witch archetype turns the Witch into a spontaneous caster from a prepared one, so there is precedent.
No archetype like that for the Druid as far as I know, though.

Eldritch Scion magus changes to spontaneous, without altering list.
Living Grimmoire Inquisitor changes from spontaneous to prepared.

Note that Eldritch Scion Magus also changes from Intelligence-dependent to Charisma-dependent, but doesn't give more skill ranks per level.
Living Grimoire Inquisitor also changes from Wisdom-dependent to Intelligence-dependent. This is the only Intelligence-dependent divine caster I know of.
Dandy Ranger changes from prepared Wisdom-dependent to spontaneous (4/9 truncated Bard spell list) Charisma-dependent.
Mindblade Magus changes from prepared to spontaneous and from arcane to occult without altering casting stat or altering spell list (although it later does add Psychic spells and alters Spell Blending to access Psychic spells instead of Sorcerer/Wizard spells).
Feyspeaker Druid changes from Wisdom-dependent to Charisma-dependent, but stays prepared (and even loses the ability to cast Summon Nature's Ally spontaneously), and leaves spell list mostly unaltered, except for adding a small set of Sorcerer/Wizard spells (must be Enchantment or Illusion).

Oh, yeah! One more thing! If you decide to follow my suggestion (and if this is not PFS, I don't see why you wouldn't)...
Well... I usually just allow players to choose a spontaneous variant of classes without one. For Druids, I use the Oracle progression for their spells known/per day.
...Remember to give Summon Nature's Ally I-IX as bonus spells known to the Druid.

^Kobold Press Shaman (not to be confused with the Pathfinder RPG Shaman, which came later).

while we're on this subject...
Ley line witches are spont. casters.
Talisman crafter occultists are very nearly prepared casters, unlike any other occult/psychic caster.
