Paizo is not eligible to be included in the CEI; for businesses, only those rated by Fortune magazine are reviewed by the HRC.

If you actually did read the index, it scores only Fortune 1000 companies that are publicly traded as well as 200 highest grossing law firms. Paizo is neither.
