Hey Chris, the only items in the Humble Bundle package that are physical (ie printed for you and sent to you) would be 4 physical comics at the "Pay $25 or more level" and the rest are PDFs.

Yes, I was a little disappointed in that. I was hoping through the Humble Bundle I could at least get a physical copy of the Pathfinder Core Book and Bestiary.
