I was wondering why the order is still listed as pending. Is it because of the recent holiday weekend?

Thanks for your question! I've taken a look at your order, and it seems that it was processed for shipping earlier this morning, so it should be on the way to you now. Sorry for the confusion with this!

It looks like the order was placed on a Saturday, and not only are we usually closed on weekends but we also had Monday off for the holiday, which probably explains some of the delay. However, most of our items do have a 1 - 7 day processing time, which can fluctuate depending on our warehouse workload. For more information about processing times, please see our FAQ here.
