Hey, last night I gave my son his WotR Base Set and it seemed to missing the pack of cards that included Monsters. Hard to say if other cards are missing, but monsters are most definately almost completely absent.
What are my options?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that your base set was missing some cards. The first step would be to take a look at the card list, which you can find in the downloads section on the product page here. Give that a look to make sure that you're not missing any more.
Once you get back to us with the cards that are missing, we'll be glad to get those sent out to you. I just want to verify that we still have the correct shipping address for you. Feel free to look over your previous order to see if that address is still accurate. If not, please send the new address in an email to customer.service@paizo.com, since it's more secure that way.

That delivery address is correct. I went through the card list, and he is missing all of the monsters, all of the barriers, all of the weapons, and all of the spells except Sacred Weapon x2, Sactuary, Skitter x2 and Viper strike.

Additionally, do you know if there is a way to purchase singles? The instances of the Summoner's cards met a grizzly demise at the hands of a cup of coffee.

Thank you for the update. It sounds like you are missing a whole bundle of cards. I have set up a replacement order for the missing cards, which should be on its way to you soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation, please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made (the email confirmation will say it is for 55 cards, but it is for 110).
I did receive a shipment notification, thank you!
