I'm happy to have received my subscription order, but when I opened it, I did not have the Curse of the Crimson Thrown Pawn Collection that I'd ordered. Instead, I had the twice-as-expensive hardcover book that I already have from my FLGS.
What can I do to get the product I ordered, and what should I do with the hardcover book I was given on accident?
Everything else came in fine.

Thank you for letting us know! I'm sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. I've got a replacement for the Pawns set in your sidecart to be sent out with your next subscription shipment. In the meantime, I can send you a return label to have the book sent back to us. Would you prefer to have the label emailed to you, or sent out in an envelope?
