Hello Mark,
I've let the warehouse know to ship it as soon as possible. Giving it a nudge unfortunately caused another authorization, which returned a payment failure message to us. I've reversed the authorization which was previously opened, since we can no longer finalize it.
Unfortunately, this means we'll have to wait until the funds have been returned back to your account before we are able to process the order for shipment. I'll let the warehouse know to try again tomorrow evening so that the funds have some time. If the authorization reverses sooner and you'd like us to try again earlier than that, just let me know.
