When you moved the book out of your sidecart it got stuck getting into an order to ship out, so it was in an in between state. I have nudged it the rest of the way into the order and it should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation. You should get access to the PDF once it ships out. Yes, that is the confirmation email for the order I nudged it into. It was not in an order before, it was in a limbo between orders state. It will be along shortly and you will get a shipping email as soon as the warehouse ships it.
