What it says on the tin, as they say. Some options have been published for certain races (Wayang Kineticists got something cool, for example), buy I want more (something nice for Wayang Psychics, for example - certainly, the "Oriental" races should all be thoroughly covered for this, and let's not forget the planetouched races!).
What did Wayang Kineticists get? I can't find it on the posed yet.

Well damn, a decent option for kineticists finally.
I fell like Dhampir should get bonuses to damage for negative energy blasts like Elves, Half-Orcs, and Dwarves do.

Having fewer good class setups helps encourage that.
If I'm not mistaken, PFS limits them already, regardless of mechanics.
In home games, shouldn't it up to the GM how common the uncommon races are? Plus there's the whole idea that PCs are already special; what's really wrong with that being tied to their race as well?
I don't think any non-evil classes are restricted at all.
Wyvaran got bloodrager, mesmerist, paladin, oracle ranger and sorcerer FCBs in legacy of dragons.

Sorcerers are supposed to be super rare. They have a ton of options. Besides, a class being rare is a shitty excuse to limit options.

As I understand your reasoning, the newer the class, the rarer it is supposed to be. Is this actually mentioned in any Pathfinder books? If so, then please cite your source.
I'll throw in as part of this petition too. Not just occult, but also hybrid classes. Uncommon races need love too!
They are coming out with Blood of the Beast which has Dozens of new spells, alternate racial traits, and favored class bonuses to customize characters of all stripes.

I would love for the planetouched races to have FCBs for the Kineticist class. It just seems like a thing that makes sense thematically, if not logistically with the Paizo release schedule.
Another fun idea? An alternate racial for each of them one that trades out their effective +2 Charisma for proper elemental Sorcerer bloodlines. In return, a +2 Constitution for the purpose of Kineticist wild talents and damage when they have the proper element. You're already an embodiment of that element's power, after all.
