MIssing PDF

I received the Bigger Dungeon Flip-Mat with my latest subscription shipment. I do subscribe to the maps. I believe that I pre-ordered Bigger Dungeon early enough that I should have received a free PDF along with the physical map; it's possible I'm remembering wrong. However, I cannot find the PDF in "My Downloads".

Do you have records, did I order it too late to get the free PDF? If not, would it be possible to add it to my downloads?
