How does the Inquisitor's Solo Tactics ability interact with the Bonded Mind teamwork feat?

Yeah, it says "Her allies do not receive any bonuses from these feats unless they actually possess the feats themselves." Either being able to send or receive messages would be a benefit, so the communication won't work.
I'd probably allow the Inquisitor to send, but not receive, messages because that would be more interesting than just not letting it work and I think it's balanced. But I don't think the rule normally allows it.

The bonded mind sends messages like the message spell. The wording of the message focuses strongly on the sending of messages, only mentioning the receiver when it comes to whispering a message in return.
So if you have bonded mind and your ally doesn't, it acts like a one way message spell? It is a lot more fun this way, and a more interesting alternative than it does nothing.

As I said, I personally think that's the best way to run it. However as a rules issue I think there's a strong argument that being able to receive a message would still be benefiting from the feat.
If it's a home game you can always check with your GM, but for PFS I wouldn't take it. Too likely that a GM will enforce the strict interpretation.

I mean, in either case its somewhat sub-optimal for my character. I also couldn't think of a way to make his suddenly developing short range telepathic powers fit with the theme i've got going with him (Kinslayer Inquisitor of Pharasma). Unless, do vampires have telepathy in pathfinder? im going to go check
PS: vampires have telepathic powers, but its not so much a walkie-talkie in your head as a SOUL CRUSHING HAMMER OF COMMAND type of thing

Using Bonded Mind with Solo Tactics is specifically disallowed in the PFS Campaign Clarifications. I agree with their ruling, as using solo tactics with Bonded Mind goes completely against the Iridium Fold.

do you mean the Iridian Fold? If that's where bonded mind is supposed to be used then it makes sense to drop it off the solo tactics list (one of the peril's of using d20pfsrd as my main rules reference is missing out on this kinda thing).
