How would I use the Ruse spell descritor and Stylized spell metamagic feat?

Advice

Silver Crusade

One thing I have noticed over time is that the Illusion school of magic can be severely hampered by a detect magic spell determining that there is Illusion magic present, and by a spell caster successfully identifying an illusion spell being cast with a spell craft roll. I think something similar can be said for Enchantment/charm spells.

I noticed on page 192 of the Ultimate Intrigue book the new Ruse category of spell descriptors.

I have also noticed the Meta Magic feat Stylized Spell on page 93.

Could either adding this descriptor and qualities that go with it, and this feat help effectively disguise an illusion or enchantment spell as some other spell? How abotu another spell in another school of magic.

For example, casting Major Image, a 3rd level illusion spell, and using the Ruse Descriptor, or the meta magic feat stylized spell, to disguise the casting and aura of illusion spell as a fire ball evocation spell or perhaps a charm person spell as another spell?

Thanks
