I have a $10 gift card that I am unable to redeem that I won at a recent convention. Worse yet, the phone number that is listed on the gift certificate is not a valid phone number. The phone number is 1 425 250 0080.

Hmm, our phone number is 425-250-0800 so it sounds like it is misprinted on the certificate. Send us the claim code at customer.service@paizo.com and we can investigate what is going on with it. It would be helpful if you could send us a picture of the certificate as well.
