Alternate ways to throw weapons

Is it possible to "throw" weapons without using your hands, IE can I kick a weapon at an opponent? Can I kick a ball at someone? Can I "kick"/push a vial to someone? Can I kick a dagger thats falling at someone?

Only way I know is Impelling Disarm rage power, which lets you disarm someone and then throw that weapon at someone within 20 feet (including the person you disarmed).

The assumption is that you are using a hand, claw(type that can hold things), or other body part that has fine manipulation.

Telekinetic Projectile can give the visual effect of kicking a weapon to hit someone with it, but the kick and the weapon is entirely superfluous.

The Telekinetic Blast of an Aetherkineticist can 'throw' a weapon without having to have it in hand.
