I have noticed that the recent posts sidebar from the messageboards has started including customer service threads when it had not done so in the past. I'm not sure if this is deliberate or not, but I figure reporting intended behavior is less problematic than not reporting unintended behavior.

Recent posts will include threads from forums that are uncollapsed. If you have the CS forum uncollapsed to display recent threads, posts in that forum will appear in the Recent Posts sidebar.
