Hello all, long time lurker, intermittent poster here. I am looking to make a Goblin character.
I want to take advantage of the dex of a goblin and the RP flare of it. I was thinking of the following classes.
Swashbuckler, ninja, unchained monk or barbarian. I am trying to limit it to the aforementioned classes due to not having played them before and I like to play test new classes.
I am partial to swashbuckler or unchained monk. I know that the community here is well versed and knowledgeable in all things Pathfinder so would love any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

I second Nefreet's suggestion of a wayang - mine is basically a goth goblin.
The Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide provides the PFS-specific rules you'll need to make your first character - it's a free download.
Welcome to PFS!

I have a goblin boon, and play Slugtooth, the goblin Kneejob (Ninja)... in PFS. He's a lot of RP fun, even once impressed a team of Paladin and Knights types. Four of us won goblins at GC 2012 with me but we're scattered across the country, so the team doesn't get together much.
Slug is crazy cracked out on Stealth (successfully eavesdropped on a mod plot with a die roll of 1), and has been intermittently terrifying (Slug and the Rogue Goblin craved through the second half of We Been Goblins 3) and comical (Paladin: "Is the goblin gnawing on the living furiture?")
The best moment has to be when two of us where part of a two rounder with an Alchemist and his donkey loaded down with Alchemist Fire...
That said: the feat: Roll With It! (Adv Race Guide) is both a life saver and hilariously funny...

Goblins, universally being illiterate and culturally against the idea of writing, just don't thematically fit the goals and ideals of a Society focused on obtaining and recording knowledge.
Just take the adopted trait, and the cultural issue that goblins have in the Golarion setting is dealt with.

Yep, illiteracy is the least problem.
I once played a goblin in a home campaign, who had come across books and secretly learned how to read and write, and found out that it's not dangerous. But fearing the reaction of his tribe, he fled and joined a group of human adventurers. He also had a fearsome warhorse (ie a pony).

I was thinking of combining Roll with It with Panther and Snake Style feats. So as you go skittering around the battlefield, provoking one AoO after another, you are also getting Free Action Attacks and Attacks of Opportunity in return, like a little, green wrecking ball. Also, get a Crown of Swords. If the attacks miss, Snake Fang gives you an AoO. If the attacks hit, Spiritual Swords attack the ones who hit you.

If you desire something similar but different you could choose a Wayang.
They're small, Dex-based (with no Str penalty), and creepy. I RPed mine very much like a Goblin at times.
Another workaround might be to play a Halfling and take that Fleet of Foot Racial Trait. A Halfling with a Move base of 30' is sort of like a Goblin.

Green skin, mouth full of fangs, giant head... Love of fire...
Yup. Pretty much the same thing.
