Empty Quiver Style

I'm looking to build a character utilizing Empty Quiver Style for PFS.

My first instinct was to try Savage Technologist as it's awesome with Empty quiver Flexibility and I think it can just straight two weapon fight with Empty Quiver Style. However such a build has major problems aquiring all the feats and is sort of torn between STR and DEX and stabbing shot and rapid shot seem like a feat tax.

Illsurian Ranger also looked interesting but I was wondering about whether Rapid Shot can be utilized as a sort of TWF for a two handed weapon? If so that would be swell.

Any one built something cool with this style?

I had considered a Bolt Ace 5 / Juggler Bard 2 / Weapon Master Fighter X with hand crossbows. Use both Rapid Shot and TWF, getting Dex to Hit and Damage in both melee and ranged.

That sounds like an interesting plan. So in melee could you benefit from both TWF and Rapid shot? You definetly could do so with stabbing shot I guess...

My thinking behind savage technologist was that you can TWF and add STR and DEX to damage all the while getting a hefty boost to both. Sadly it doesn't come together before level 9 or so...(dipping fighter might help here)

Stabbing shot also seems cool with super duper magic bolts which can be reused.
