Clarification on Natural Weapon Ranger + Monk (Unchained)

Advice

So I'm working on building a natural weapon ranger for a campaign tomorrow.

I know I'm going skinwalker so I already have Bite + Claws (From Aspect OR http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/extra-feature depending on the variant I take (Torn between Rat for story flavor and Bear for mechanic). All three of those should be primary attacks.

The goal is to not fall TOO far behind on damage at later levels.

This is where I get lost -

If I dip unchained monk (2-4 levels; GM is requiring unchained) and get improved unarmed strike and feral combat training what would a full attack round look like at level 10?

My understanding is Unarmed/Unarmed/Claw/Claw/Bite at +10/+5/+5/+5/+5 as all natural weapons would become secondary.

Also Older threads are pretty clear that you CANNOT use flurry of blows with natural weapon attacks but unchained simplifies the language to you just get an extra attack. Does this remove that restriction?

And last but not least that wisdom bonus to AC would apply permanently after the dip correct?
