Hi there,
I get to the last page and cannot place my order. I thought that changing shipping might help, but the only green button on the page after selecting Change Shipping Method is "Unable to Ship".
Could you please combine my outstanding order with my next subscription.

It looks like there was a bit of an issue with a form factor with the bag that was making the system think the order could not be shipped. The issue has been resolved. I have moved everything except the bag into your November subscription order and you will be receiving an updated email confirmation. The bag will need to get to us from Off World Designs before we can ship it out and would have caused the order not to ship until it is ready, so I have moved it into your sidecart instead.

I have moved the bag from the sidecart and into the order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation. I do want to give you a heads up that our estimate for the bag to get to us is 15-45 business days, so it may be a while. If it is getting to be too long let me know and I can move it back to your sidecart or into its own separate order.

Thanks Deigo. I hope is more on the 15 day side as 45 days would be getting uncomfortably close to Christmas. However i am sorry to be such a pain, but it looks like the bag is shipping by itself anyway....could i ask that we make it a separate order please. You may swear at me... :)

I have moved the bag into it's own separate order. Everything else should be on its way shortly. The bag is pretty big so it goes out by itself when it ships regardless of the order it is in. I didn't realize that when I moved it the first time or I would have mentioned it before. Sorry about that. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation, as well as a new confirmation for the order the bag is. Both are swear free!
