Order #3708429 Urgent postal address problem

Hi I'm in a pinch, I received mails telling me that 2 parcels are going to be send by Friday. Except I moved to an other country and the change in subscription address doesn't seem to have made it on those shipments. Is it still possible to rectify it on the two parcels that are ready and the pending one ?

Thanks for letting us know about this! Unfortunately, the orders that have already been processed for shipping are already gone and can no longer be altered. You may be able to set up mail forwarding at your old address to have your mail redirected to you once it reaches your old address. If that's not possible, let me know and I will see what I can do to get your items to you.

In the meantime, I've made sure that your new address is set as the default on your account, and all pending items should be destined to the new place. Please take a moment to review your Order History and your account information to make sure all the correct changes have been made. If there is anything that needs to be changed, I will be glad to fix it for you.
