Hi!

So, what's happening with this order? I placed it over two weeks ago and I've heard nothing since, and the second volume of the adventure path is shipping before the first. If some of these items are unavailable, please let me know and either split up the order into multiple shipments or remove the unavailable items. I sent an email about this but haven't received any reply.

Thanks for letting us know about this! Sorry we did not see your email earlier; we've been a bit swamped lately so it's taking us a bit longer than normal to respond to all our emails. Thanks so much for your patience!

After looking into your order #3700474, it seems that things are being held up by the Ponyfinder Campaign Setting (PFRPG) Hardcover. It looks like we may be waiting for more of them to come in from our distributor. If you'd like the rest of the order to be shipped, I can move it into your sidecart or a separate order and get everything else on the way. Otherwise, the order will remain pending until we receive more.

Just let me know what you'd prefer and I'll be sure to take care of it for you. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will be more than happy to assist you as best I can.

Yes, please ship the rest of it. I don't suppose there's any way I could get the pdf now and the hard copy when it's available?

Alrighty, I've got the rest of the order all set to be shipped out as soon as our warehouse is able. Once they're processed, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.

Unfortunately the PDF in the bundle is triggered once the physical product is processed for shipping so we can't trigger it early. If you decide that you'd rather have the PDF than wait, you can purchase it separately.
