By a strict reading of the feat in the book and assuming it's not going to give you something for *nothing.

Frankly Heighten Spell is a feat that shouldn't exist, Paizo should have simply caused spells to be the level of the slot from which they are cast rather than keep the metamagic system as it is and then later introduce a weird 'spells are treated as the level of the slot they are cast from ONLY if it is disadvantageous for the caster' FAQratta.'

Interesting, at least I'll find it interesting to see others approach it. It would be very boring to have me take up this challenge, because I'd be methodical and careful and, well, just not very fun. I'd like to see all of the ways others die or fail in their attempts, though.
