Horned Demon struck hard. How do we reacquire Loot or Cohorts? I thought this came up but being in the middle of the game, none of us can find it.

Automatically acquired when encountered.
If a loot card ends up in a location deck, you automatically acquire it when you encounter it.
Cohorts discussed here. Mike says automatically acquired and Vic confirms it will be official.
