Can't download from My Downloads page

Hello, I can't seem to download anything from the My Downloads page.

When I click an item it loads the URL /cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/wo/21.2.1.StandardPageTemplate.1.29.3.1.1.2.1 .3.4.1.1.MAAssets.2.9.1.15.1.4.3.1.0.2.3.1.1.1.3.0.1#v5748cbh9fayj with the same content as the paizo/account/assets page.

I tried this on Chrome and FF on a desktop. It did the same thing on Chrome on IOS as well.

Hey guys... any time frame on when you might expect download traffic to normalize... can't barely log in to download my books. don't feel like adding to the jam by trying to download (after my first 2 attempts) sooo... if you could give a time frame as to when you might expect things to turn back down, i will greatly appreciate it!... and i am sure a lot of other folks too.

Problem is for those of us using Chromebooks. You cannot load alternative browsers (other than Chrome) so choosing another browser is NOT an option. :(

D'oh. Unfortunately, the timeout limits on Chrome are not something we can currently work around (it's a feature set that is unmodifiable by the user). We apologize for the inconvenience. Once traffic dies down it should not affect the browser in this way.
