How to "high elf" Tyrion?

Advice

Not the dwarf this time but the high elf and so called "greatest" champion of Ulthuan.

How would one go about to make him?

He swings his 2 handed sword, check.
Wields large heavy armor, check.
Sounds like a 2H fighter to me except that being the badass that slays sorcerer warriors and other magical beings.
So how do I make him come around as this great warrior who defends Ulthuan? A paladin? Or what should I choose?

Uhmm re-reading it after a long time on my codex I think it might be a combination of Cavalier/Paladin and Slayer, with some very powerful, almost artifact-like equip.

( NOTE : i got the 7th edition army book for reference )

his stats are very high, and they talk about that even the phoenix king bow to him on warfare, so focus on Str, Des and Cha

his steed is a legendary Elven Steed ( Cavalier's Mount or Paladin Divine Bond )

for the Equip:

- Sunfang is a greatsword forged to fight demons of Chaos. Its runes stores the power of the sun. Sounds like a Holy Flaming Glorious Greatsword, with the power to emit a breath weapon attack 1/day
half fire/half divine

- The Dragon Armor of Aenarion is a special Dragonhide armor that Gives Fire Immunity and DR, maybe some extra ability to improve ST

- The Heart of Avelorn is a Necklace that gives spell resistance, Constant Protection from Evil and Regeneration

Aside from the artifact from his legends I'll go with Paladin( one archetype without spells, maybe in exchange for fighter only feats ) / Slayer ( Vanguard Archetype ), Power Attack, Furious Focus and the rest.

A lot of cocaine.

Wait...

Not that kind of high.

What's Ulthuan?

It's a Warhammer Fantasy thing It's their version of Kyonin/Evermeet et. al. Save that compared to the Eldar, the Kyonin elves practically lay a red carpet out for Humans. He's one of the figures of legend among the Eldar. (The word White Dwarf uses instead of Elves.) In short, your standard Kyonin Elves, with an even greater sense of xenophobia, and self-importance, the kind of elf depiction the Creative Director has learned to loathe.

Ah. I know 40k better.

Well, this PC can't be too close to the core material, unless the DM is allowing evil PCs.

Warhammer has no good characters.

That depends on your perspective and definition of "good".

The High Elves are quite "good" by not being the supremacist scum all the time and actually battling the forces of chaos instead of trying to conquer any of the younger races. Aiding humans trading etc.

Also Sigmar was "very good" from the perspective of humans.

Hmm yeah he would have loads of artifact level items.

But mostly was just considering what his class and it's abilities would be. If Paladin maybe an oath of vengeance? The Vanguard does seem like a good dip and reasonable especially lore wise.

Well, 40k Eldar are not really "good", in my opinion.

At least, not Pathfinder Alignment "good".

I finished all of the "Blood of Aenarion" Trilogy and the "End of Times" series.
He has a very interesting path. So it kind of depends when in his life you are playing him.
Fighter early.
Paladin Mid to Late.

And other options and explanations in spoiler.
Also Sunfang is a one hander in the novels

Spoiler:

Fighter at the beginning of his career, when he would get into scuffles (duel and kill nobles) and carouse with ladies below his station.

He then probably could retrain those lvls into Paladin when he became the Everqueen's consort and fought a BBEG Demon T'kari Uncle Makekith, Witch-King of the dark elves.

Then comes his fall to Anti-Paladin when Morathi (Malekith's mom, seriously weird blood lines) seduces him and turns him evil and he pulls the Warp sword of Khaine.

Also I don't see a way to do it unless you have some epic point buy. His only low Stat wold be Wisdom, because he's impulsive.

Note that I speak of the High Elves of whfb not the eldar of wh40k.

** spoiler omitted **

Yeah GW's story lines were always a diceroll of d6 where 1/6 is great and 5/6 ranging from not so great to horrendous like our Spiritual Liege and his holy texts.

Silly BBT, he asked for Tyrion, not Snowflame.

Also in the 6 th edition is noted to have the Risposte ability, negate one melee attack, counterattack at the end of the phase .. sounds familiar ? xD

Instead of fighter you could go for Daring Champion ( .. pre errata .. ) then Paladin !
